Once our new agents have completed the national courses we provide weekly training for the first 2 years to help apply the initial training to their new business. This includes but is not limited to writing contracts, understanding forms, and legal obligations, negotiation skills, business planning, marketing strategies, lead generation, and conversion, etc.

Our every other week sales meetings are great places to reflect together on what the market is doing, brainstorm with other brokers on how to deal with current issues, poll the collective brain power of the office for problem-solving and/or perspective.
